Assistant Project Manager

You will:

  • Manage all project documentation – create, maintain and update detailed project plans/documents/specifications
  • Prepare project schedule and manage deadlines
  • Assist with estimation
  • Effectively communicate project progress to key stakeholders
  • Analyze the current state of active projects and define specific opportunities for improvement
  • Work with product engineers to debug technical issues
  • Guide the prioritization of work and help make resourcing and prioritization tradeoffs more generally.
  • Build a compelling product roadmap based on customer needs, resources, and strategic opportunities.
  • Surveys, identifies and analyses best practices for techniques and processes.
  • Process software/product reviews and inform the development team of defects and errors
  • Monitor efforts to resolve product issues and track progress
  • Ensure that the final product satisfies the product requirements and meet end-user expectations
  • Research the current market for similar products and compare results


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Proficient in Malay & English
  • Proficient in writing software documentation both in Malay and English
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Able to quickly iterate and improve
