3D Data-Visualization Dashboard
The project’s main contractor couldn’t build the 3D visualization Petronas’s leadership envisioned. We could — and our proposal was chosen over every other vendor while theirs were cliché.

I help owners and managers untangle the chaos underneath — messy processes, unclear scope, scattered data — and replace it with clean systems and a clear macro view. So you stop firefighting and start running the business with peace of mind.

Once the mess is cleared
The problem usually isn’t your team or your effort. It’s that the system underneath was never cleaned up. That’s fixable.
The promise
I do two things, in this order — and the order is what makes it real.
I sit down with you and the people who actually do the work, find what’s overcomplicated, and strip it to the simplest version that works.
Clean processes, the right systems, and a clear dashboard view of your business — so you can decide from the top, anytime, anywhere. That’s the difference between managing the chaos and rising above it.
How I work
I structure every engagement around OKRs — the goal-setting method from John Doerr’s Measure What Matters. We turn vague intentions into clear, measurable objectives, so progress is visible and improvement is provable. It’s the same discipline behind the dashboards I build: what matters, measured, in one view.
Proof · The dashboard
For one client’s top management, the business was a black box — they only knew how things were going when someone compiled a report. We built them a clean visual dashboard: their key business data, live, accessible anytime and anywhere.
No more waiting, no more guessing. Just a clear macro view that made every decision easier — you, above the noise, seeing clearly.
Proof · Operations
An online-class business was spending 2–3 weeks and several staff every cycle just to manage payments to their teachers and suppliers. I sat down, interviewed the people doing the work, found where it was overcomplicated, and we rebuilt the process into a system.
The same job, now done in one day, with fewer people involved. Weeks of stress and cost — gone, every single cycle.
Proof · The origin
A client came to me with a car-rental booking flow that had grown into far too many steps — confusing for customers, expensive to build. In one working session, we cut it nearly in half. They walked out with a plan they trusted, because they watched us build it together.
I now do this as a productized Roadmapping Session — bring the mess, leave with a buildable plan.
What I’m good at
I find the simplest version of any problem that actually works — and cut the rest. Fewer steps, fewer staff, less cost.
Former programmer, now strategist. Nothing gets lost between “what you need” and “what gets built.”
I redesign how work flows so it takes less time, fewer people, and less money — then build the system to run it.
Backed by Duoz: 100+ apps, websites, systems and dashboards delivered for Petronas, Digi, Petrosains and more. The plan is real because the same person builds it.
Selected work
Real apps, dashboards and systems — built for teams who needed the hard thing done right.
The project’s main contractor couldn’t build the 3D visualization Petronas’s leadership envisioned. We could — and our proposal was chosen over every other vendor while theirs were cliché.
The app needed a chart so complex no existing library could render it — an outside specialist quoted USD 200k. We researched a new approach and built it ourselves in one month.

How to work with me
Stuck or overwhelmed? One focused session and you’ll leave with a clear, buildable plan.
You leave with an executable roadmap document you own — run it yourself, hand it to any vendor, or have my team build it. No lock-in.
Book a sessionWhen you’re ready to ship, my team builds it end to end.
Talk about a build
A bit about me
I didn’t come from a big agency — I taught myself to build. My final-year project at IIUM, a full web app built solo on a stack the course didn’t even teach, won best of the year. That set the pattern: figure out the hard thing, ship it.
I paid my way through university setting up IT systems and building websites for small businesses. After graduating I freelanced, then co-founded Duoz with a design partner.
Our first big break was terrifying — a Petronas project we almost turned down because the name felt too big. We decided that if we never try, we never learn. We took it. That leap became 100+ projects for the likes of Digi, Petrosains and UPM.
I still do at scale what I did at 22: take something tangled and technical, and make it work. The difference now? I’ve done it 100+ times — so whatever mess you bring, chances are I’ve untangled one like it before.
(Outside work, I’m a stock-market investor — which is where I learned to cut losses fast and keep only what works.)
FAQ
I untangle the messy processes underneath your business, then give you a macro view — clean systems and live dashboards — so you can step back and manage from the top instead of firefighting every day.
A focused working session where we turn a messy idea or process into a clear, buildable plan — together, in one sitting. You leave with something you can act on immediately.
Both. Often the real fix is a simpler process, not more software. I redesign how the work flows first, then build only the system you actually need.
Yes. A payment process cut from 2–3 weeks to 1 day; a booking flow cut from 8 steps to 4; and live dashboards built for a client’s top management.
Owners, founders, and managers / CxOs in Malaysia and the region. Backed by Duoz, with apps, websites, systems and dashboards delivered for Petronas, Digi, Petrosains and more.
Yes — that’s often the fastest way to work with me. Agencies, government vendors and companies engage me as an independent contractor to rescue a stalled or messy project: I come in, get it on track, deliver, and step out. No headcount, no employment agreement, no EPF/SOCSO or HR paperwork — just an invoice. Engagements can be a single project, a few months fractional, or as short as a month. You rent senior product and delivery expertise exactly when you need it.
You get a clear, prioritised, executable roadmap document — one you own and can act on immediately. Run it yourself, hand it to any vendor, or have my team build it. There’s no obligation to build with us.
Tell me what’s feeling messy right now. Worst case, you’ll leave the conversation with a clearer head than you came in with.
